I used to people please, water myself down, and do the fucking most HOPING to feel deserving of the money, clients, and spiritual growth I desired.

Now, I realize I was always worthy. It was never about "earning" worthiness. The constant overwhelm was in fact a "me" problem I caused by not acknowledging the shit that drained me.

This realization started off with a muthafucking ENERGY AUDIT that highlighted the root of the damn problem.

I was forever perceiving myself how I thought / sensed others perceived me, so I could then move in a way that "made" them see me how I felt more comfortable being seen... Did it work? Sometimes. Did it exhaust me beyond self recognition and block my ability to hold more wealth? Abso-fucking-lutely. I established a self-concept ritual that I can do in as little as 5 minutes a day, or as long as multiple hours, that allows me to hold who I am and let other's hold their "irrelevant" opinions of me.

This is the foundation that allowed me to manifest a new car in under 2 weeks, move across state and make over 3x my needs, and build a business that supports me and my family.
